L'Oreal Lipstick Review

Hey dolls! As you know, I purchased two L'Oreal lipsticks this week. One was the L'Oreal Color Riche Anti-Aging Serum in Pink Passion and the other, L'Oreal Le Rouge Infallible 10 Hour Lipstick in Enduring Berry. This is my review! Enjoy!

Lips without lipstick (eww my face looks gross)

Infallible in Enduring Berry.  The lipstick went on very smooth. No tug on my lips, very gentle and soft. There is a slight shimmer to it and lots of glitter lingers when you wipe it off. In terms of lasting 10 hours, I have yet to test that, but I can say that it wants to stay on your lips! A little difficult to wipe off. Not sure if this is my color.

Color Riche in Pink Passion. Color riche is right, this lipstick is very pigmented. You should only need one coat for full, perfect coverage. Slight tug on my lips while applying, to avoid try applying a very small amount of lip balm before applying this lipstick. It has a bit of a metallic look to it. To get rid of that pat the color with your finger, this also helps rub the color over your lips a bit better. I love the color once it is situated right. It reminds me of Pink 4 Friday by MAC. It has a bit of a natural pink look to it as well.

Enduring Berry. Good color for a nice date. Something cute and classy

Pink Passion. Very playful color, sexy!

Makeup and Jewelry Haul

Hey dolls! I want to apologize ahead of time for the quality of the pictures! I totally need a new camera!
But ANYWHO! I went to Target, CVS, and Forever 21 for this haul. I hope you enjoy and stay tuned for some review videos for some of the products in this post!
I know what your thinkin', this isnt makeup or jewelry. Your right this is soap! This is Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap in Lavender. I use this to wash my makeup brushes and it works amazing! It really removes makeup stains from your brushes gently and easily. This bottle is the 2 FL OZ. I got this bottle from Target but you can also find it at CVS. They have different scents like Tea Tree and even larger bottles.
Covergirl Smoothers Concealer in Fair. I love this concealer. It goes on really smoothly and when you blend it in, it blends even smoother and matches your complexion really well. This concealer really hides my dark circles under my eyes and random redness on my face.
This is E.L.F. Eyelid Primer in Sheer. This is a new product from E.L.F. I haven't tried it yet but I will be including it in a review video soon!

Another new E.L.F. product, Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara in Crystal. They also have this in black. I like this product so far, I have only used it to shape my eyebrows and it works well to lay all the hairs down to give a natural, smooth, tamed look.
Covergirl LashBlast Volume Mascara in Brown. I actually got it in brown on accident, but decided not to return it since summer is almost here and brown is a great color for summer mascara. I love the small bristles on wand. It really works to separate your lashes and give a soft, natural look.
L'Oreal's Voluminous Million Lashes in Blackest Black. This is a great mascara for lengthening your lashes and seperating them. The small bristles on the wand seperates them and gives your lashes great volume.

Wet N Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner in Black. I love this eyeliner. The angled brush that comes with it helps line the eye perfectly. I personally think it works better than liquid liner.
I got this feather ring in gold from Forever 21. I had to get another size from the one I had before. I will be including the bigger size in an upcoming giveaway. Its a size 7.
Long gold heart necklace from Forever 21. I needed a long necklace in gold, I have to many in silver.
Silver dangle earrings from Forever 21.
Flower earrings from Forever 21. SUPER CUTE! Pink pedals with a small pearl in the middle.
Bow earrings from Forever 21. Sorry about the picture but the are super cute! They are pink with little rhinestones in them.
These are my favorite so far. White rose earrings from Forever 21. I love how elegant they look. Very cute and dressy!

I hope you guys like this post. Stay tuned for video reviews coming up on some of these products.

My Favorite: Brushes

A lot of bloggers and Youtubers I follow tend to do monthly favorites. That always grabs my interest and I usually end up at the store looking for those products. I decided that I would do my own version of  favorites by doing "My Favorite: Brushes". These are just a few of my favorite brushes. Some that I own and some that I plan to purchase in the very near future.  Most of my favorites are from Sigma. I love their brushes because of the density and softness.
This is the Small Angle E65 brush from Sigma. This is my favorite angled brush. I am in need of a new angled brush because I love applying shadow to my lower lash line. Also angled brushes like this are great for filling in eyebrows.

This is the Tapered Blending E35 brush. This one is great for blending out eyeshadow to give it a softer look. You can easily switch up a dramatic look to a softer warmer look with this blending brush.

These three brushes are apart of the Synthetic Face Kit . The three brushes are my favorite brushes for my face. The brush to the far left is the F84, its great for applying bronzer or blush. I usually use it on my cheekbones when I really want to make them pop. The brush in the middle is the F80. I use this brush for applying liquid foundation. It's great for buffing in liquid foundation and always gives me a flawless, airbrushed look. The last brush on the right is the F82, great for applying blush to the apples of your cheeks and powder foundation to your entire face.

This Mini Kabuki Brush is actually form Forever 21. Its really small and is one of the brushes that are always in my purse just in case I need to touch up my blush or powder foundation at some point during the day.

I have this 5 Piece Metallic Pink Accent brush set, except my brushes have a silver, glittery handle and pretty fuschia bristles. The bristles are surprisingly soft and light. They are nowhere near as densely packed as Sigma brushes but they add great color to my collection and still work great!

These are just a few of my favorite brushes. More favorite soon to come!

Traveling Gems

Remember that time you went on vacation and all you have to remeber the place was a key chain? Well Nina Fagiola got the great idea to start Ether Ore from this annoying problem. Ether Ore is her global-inspired new jewelry line.
After returning to the states from a trip in India, Fagiola, who is a trained sculptor and metal worker, started in on her jewelry collection by crafting earrings, bracelets, and necklaces based on the things she saw throughout the region.
Her jewelry designs include faux suede, multitiered necklaces with intricately strung heishi beads, leather earrings with brass, and more! She also uses wood, briolette gems, kyanite, and pyrite. With the unique designs, shapes, and included materials, I'm sure it will be hard to find anything like Fagiola's pieces.

Sigma Dry'n Shape System

I am super excited to buy this new Sigma product! I have always had trouble washing my make-up brushes and drying them while keeping the original shape. My problem will soon be solved thanks to Sigma! Sigma has come out with the Dry'n Shape System.AND ITS ONLY $30!!
Check out the video and the Sigma description of the product.
Check out the Dry'n Shape as well as other great products on Sigma Beauty's offical site:

Tired of waiting for your brushes to dry after washing them? Wait no more! Introducing the revolutionary Sigma Beauty Dry’n Shape system! The Dry’n Shape was designed to completely dry and shape your most dense brushes within 4 to 6 hours, guaranteed.

The Dry’n Shape provides the necessary pressure to bristles to quickly and efficiently remove water from every fibre.  The fabric used to shape the bristles was specially engineered to accelerate water evaporation, resulting in a faster drying time for your brushes.

The Dry’n Shape is an easy, quick, and effective way to quickly dry and shape your makeup brushes. Follow these three easy steps for best results:

Wash your brushes using a mild shampoo or brush cleanser.

STEP 2:Gently press the bristles to remove any excess water. Place the clean, damp brushes into the Dry’n Shape using the smallest band the brush will fit into. Make sure that all bristles are firmly compressed.

Wait 4 to 6 hours and your brushes will be completely dry and ready to use! In addition to being completely dry, the bristles will be reshaped to their original form.  Your brushes will be perfect for your makeup application!

You now have a convenient option to wash and use your brushes as often as you’d like!

Happy Shopping!
